• 500g chicken, sliced into stirps
• 35g taco seasoning mix
• 100ml water
• I Tbs olive oil
• 1 tomato
• 4 leaves of lettuce
• 1 packet soft taco shells
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2-4 jalapenos (optional)
• Grated cheese
• Salt & pepper
1. Combine chicken, taco seasoning and water in a bowl & mix together.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and heat until chicken is cooked through. Remove from the stove, set aside.
3. Finley chop the tomato, jalapenos and lettuce.
4. Warm up soft taco wraps in a microwave or oven.
5. Assemble the tacos! Divide chicken mixture between taco shells. Layer lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Top with jalapenos& sour cream.
6. Add a side salad or vegetables & eat!
