Is a website that can connect you with a range of support near you including food, housing, everyday things & more. It's free free & anonymous - just enter your suburb for a list of paces you can contact & what food support they offer.
Foodbank Find Food Tool
This tool can connect you with free or low-cost food relief services in your area. Simply add your postcode to find nearby food banks, community pantries, and meal programs. You’ll get details like locations, operating hours, and how to access support.
Empower Australia
Run food relief centres and can be found in 5 locations across Melbourne on Sunday's. They are open to anyone in need who is facing serious food insecurity. Locations include:
- CITY 412 City Road, Southbank VIC Sundays/Domingos 9.30am – 1.00pm
- NORTH EAST 360 Main Road, Lower Plenty VIC Sundays/Domingos 9.00am – 10.30am
- EAST 251 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood VIC Sundays/Domingos 12.30pm – 2.00pm
- SOUTH EAST RCS Products, 12 Bormar Drive, Pakenham VIC Sundays/Domingos 8.30am – 10.30am
- GEELONG Rear of 147 Marshalltown Road, Grovedale VIC Sundays/Domingos 9.00am – 11.00am
Maribyrnong City Council
Maribyrnong City Council has an information and referral service, providing grocery vouchers and material relief to eligible residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the City of Maribyrnong.
It provides information, referral to local emergency relief and wellbeing services, food relief in the form of grocery vouchers and some material aid.
City of Melbourne
The Community Food Guide is a resource for community agencies or anyone in the community who needs information about how to access affordable, fresh and healthy food.
St Vinnies Soup Van
The Soup Van services provide contactless street service of meals to people experiencing food insecurity in hotels, boarding house, towers and other residential areas around the CBD, Carlton, Collingwood, Richmond & Flemington.
